y777 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "y777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the y777 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at y777.lat and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who registers for or uses a y777 account.

2.3 Single Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one active y777 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to a single individual, y777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the additional accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the y777 registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 4. Deposits & Payments

4.2 Currency

All deposits, account balances, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. y777 does not apply hidden conversion fees on PKR transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time and credited to your y777 account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–4 business hours depending on the originating institution. y777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Funds Ownership

Deposited funds belong to you. y777 holds user funds in segregated accounts and does not commingle user funds with operational funds. Deposit funds are used solely for gaming activity on the y777 platform at your direction.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your y777 account wallet section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of request approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within two hours, subject to blockchain network conditions.

5.3 Verification Requirements

y777 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where there are active fraud investigations may experience withdrawal holds. y777 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold to the affected user.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

y777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and payment method.
• y777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
• Real money funds are wagered before bonus funds in all cases.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Accepted Bets

All bets placed on the y777 platform, including cricket betting markets (PSL, ICC events, bilateral series), casino games, slot play, and crash games, are final once confirmed. The minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each game or market. y777 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as the result of obvious technical malfunction.

7.2 Payout Rules

Winnings are credited to your y777 account balance automatically upon settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, y777's decision is final subject to any applicable complaints procedure.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, y777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. y777 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Responsible Gaming

y777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Set time reminders to alert you during extended gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from y777 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y777 platform:

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting;

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the y777 platform – including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, and game content – is the property of y777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any y777 content without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their licensing agreements with y777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

y777's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits y777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

y777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, y777 will provide notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the y777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which y777 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the y777 platform, you agree to first contact y777's support team to seek an informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in y777's licensing jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
